Role OverviewThe Network Administrator L1 provides L2 support for enterprise and mid-market client networks, troubleshooting and resolving incidents within SLAs, and performing deep-dive troubleshooting on routing, switching, VPN, and WAN issues. The role requires strong Cisco routing & switching experience, working knowledge of Juniper, and basic SD-WAN experience. The Administrator will support 24x7 operations, manage incidents through resolution, and participate in Major Incident bridge calls. The role involves communicating with customers during outages, coordinating with vendors, and providing timely status updates.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents (P1–P4) within SLAs, perform deep-dive troubleshooting on routing, switching, VPN, and WAN issues, and support 24x7 operations. The Administrator will also manage incidents through resolution, participate in Major Incident bridge calls, and execute standard changes and assist implementations.
