Role OverviewJoin our mission-driven organization as a Network Administrator, responsible for maintaining the organization's network infrastructure, server environment, and core IT systems across multiple locations. This role ensures secure, reliable, and high-performing technology services for both onsite and remote staff.
What You Will Do
Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware, VPN connectivity, server/SAN infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 services, while also supporting ongoing cybersecurity efforts and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience
- 5-7+ years in IT infrastructure, ideally within a healthcare, highly regulated environment, or non-profit organization
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, AD, and virtualization
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and related security tools
- Experience supporting VPN technologies and remote work environments
- Ability to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot independently, and communicate clearly with non-technical users
- Familiarity with security frameworks and risk management methodologies
