Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, perform network maintenance, and ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption. The role requires strong continuity of technical personnel due to the mission's critical nature.
What You Will Do
Perform network operations, maintenance, administration, and provide network management services for NIPRNet and SIPRNet. Provide extended hours support for critical network infrastructure and respond within 30 minutes to begin restoral actions.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations and maintenance, contractor support, or a similar field
- Familiarity with classified information handling and security management processes
- Complete annual Government-provided Cyber Awareness training prior to start
- High School degree and equivalent professional experience
- Clearance: U.S. Citizen and TS/SCI or TS/SCI eligible
- Certification: IAT Level II (typically CompTIA Sec+); CCNA
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated to work on behalf of the customer, the contract and section performance
- Knowledge of the space surveillance network and satellite catalog is desirable
