Role OverviewThe Network Analyst is responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining network infrastructure at the enterprise level, including WAN, LAN, VLAN, WLAN, VOIP, Firewall, and Network Services. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure availability and perform system design, management, maintenance, upgrades, and backup.

The Network Analyst will perform pro-active tasks to ensure availability of the enterprise-level network infrastructure, implement IT projects using various technologies, provide end-user support, and maintain documentation and knowledge base management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer related field
- Minimum of 3 years of IT experience in Cisco, Microsoft, VOIP, WAN, LAN, VPN, S2SVPN
- CCNA certification
- CCNP/CCIE certification highly desirable
- Cisco CUCM, CUC, and CUCCX experience highly desirable
- SD-WAN experience highly desirable
- Advanced knowledge and skills in IT and technology
- Ability to conduct hands-on troubleshooting of the LAN, servers, and PCs
- Ability to judge necessity and logic of all proposed system changes
- Ability to lead projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient using the MS Office Suite
