Role OverviewThe Network and Computer Systems Administrator Journeyman will support Tier I and Tier II IT systems, image and configure systems, and provide customer service support. The role will also involve administering and operating a help desk ticketing system, performing maintenance of telecommunication services, and assisting end-users with business systems.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for imaging, patching, and configuring classified/unclassified systems, managing SharePoint, and performing cyber security liaison duties. They will also assist with inventory and equipment destruction/transfers, and provide technical support for briefing setups and online meetings.

Requirements
- Associate's degree and seven (7) years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of relevant experience
- Experience administering network and computer systems in a DoD or enterprise environment
- Experience supporting secure systems and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements
- DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification may substitute for up to two (2) years of experience
