Job Description
The Network Apprentice will work under direct guidance and supervision to acquire knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform entry-level duties with the Network Engineering. The role involves supporting the Unified Network Services team with daily network maintenance tasks, attending training courses, and gaining hands-on experience in network security.

Requirements

  • 1 course or 2 months experience in Information Systems/Information Technology, or a related field
  • Consult with customers to gather and evaluate functional requirements and translate these requirements into technical solutions
  • Assist assigned Unified Network Services team with daily network security tasks
  • Attend and complete training courses relevant to assigned Unified Network Services area
