Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support enterprise network environments across Service Assurance and Delivery functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining network stability, performing troubleshooting, implementing network changes, executing IOS upgrades, supporting equipment refresh initiatives, and participating in network transformation projects.
What You Will Do
Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot network incidents across LAN, WAN, VPN, Wireless, and Data Center environments. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions. Manage and resolve P1/P2 incidents within defined SLA targets.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong technical expertise, operational discipline, and the ability to provide rotational on-call support are required. Experience working in large enterprise or managed network environments is preferred.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco Routing and Switching technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting experience with BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VPN Technologies (IPSec, DMVPN, SSL VPN), TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLANs and Layer 2/Layer 3 technologies.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
- Familiarity with network security concepts and firewall technologies.
- CCNP Certification preferred.
- Equivalent enterprise-level networking experience may be considered in lieu of certification.
