Role Overview

We are seeking an Infrastructure Network Engineer to serve as a dedicated onsite resource supporting a single client location. This role is heavily networking-focused and responsible for day-to-day network operations, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement across a complex routed and switched environment.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary onsite networking resource for operations, troubleshooting, validation, documentation, and improvement. Administer and troubleshoot routed and switched environments (OSPF, VLANs, subnetting, inter-VLAN routing, trunking, port channels, spanning tree, routing tables, Cisco CLI).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive networking, infrastructure, systems, or advanced field support experience in complex or multi-site environments
  • Advanced hands-on networking experience with OSPF, VLANs, subnetting, routed/switching environments, trunking, port channels, spanning tree, segmentation, and Cisco CLI
  • Experience with enterprise wireless troubleshooting (Aruba preferred)
  • Experience with VMware/vSphere/vCenter, VM networking, backups, and recovery validation; ability to learn tools such as Cohesity
  • Strong communication, documentation, customer service and project management skills
