Role OverviewThis role leads the day-to-day execution of network infrastructure operations within a Switch data center. You supervise technicians on shift, ensure work is completed safely and correctly, and act as the first point of escalation for operational issues. Your focus is consistency, service quality, and keeping the team aligned to established processes in a 24/7 environment.
What You Will Do
Supervise daily work for Network Infrastructure Technicians and ensure tasks are completed according to procedure. Serve as the first escalation point for urgent network infrastructure issues during assigned shifts. Ensure consistent use of policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
- Background in network infrastructure, data center operations, or IT support
- Working knowledge of structured cabling standards, power, cooling, and fault tolerance
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and layer 1 connectivity issues
- Experience supervising technical staff in a shift-based environment
- Ability to work nights, weekends, or rotating shifts as needed
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using ticketing and monitoring systems
