Role OverviewThe Network NOC Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day Network Operations Center functions, driving active monitoring, maintaining SLA compliance, and boosting team productivity. This role requires a seasoned NOC operations lead with expertise in troubleshooting complex issues, driving swift incident resolution, and keeping critical infrastructure running seamlessly.

The Network NOC Lead will serve as a trusted guide and primary contact for junior and mid-level technicians, helping them grow while ensuring the team hits its goals. Key responsibilities include team supervision and oversight, performance and SLA management, escalation point, mentorship and onboarding, process and playbook improvement, and incident management.

Requirements
- High School Degree or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- NSE4 Certifications required
- Expert in troubleshooting/maintaining network environments
- Outstanding customer service
- Troubleshooting wifi connection issues
- Creating Vlans, LAGs, and switch stacks
- Creating and securing firewall policies
- Experience debugging of firewall traffic
- Experience reading wireshark data
- Troubleshooting static and dynamic routing
- Knowledge of cabling and wiring
- Building and troubleshooting IPSec vpn tunnels
- Experience with Firewall and switch CLI and concepts
- Fortinet, Ruckus experience is highly preferred
- Must possess a valid drivers license
