Role OverviewThe Network Operations Engineer will perform real-time network configuration updates, monitor live network performance, and address anomalies to reduce operational impacts. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a role in various commercial space endeavors with our partners. The Network Operations Engineer will also develop advanced proficiency in Delay Tolerant Networking (DTN) for communications across lunar and cislunar environments.
What You Will Do
The Network Operations Engineer will perform real-time network configuration updates to support mission timelines, customer objectives, and spacecraft positioning. The engineer will also handle urgent customer-driven requests during critical mission windows, track network trends, and recommend reliability improvements.

Requirements
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- three (3) years of related network design or operations experience
- Strong grounding in IP networking concepts
- Ability to work shifts and provide after-hours operational coverage when needed
- High degree of operational discipline, precision, and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
