Role OverviewThe Network Provisioning Team Lead - Solution Design will oversee the day-to-day execution of solution design activities, mentoring team members, coordinating priorities, and ensuring high-quality, timely results throughout the provisioning lifecycle. The role requires technical expertise in order entry, order preparation, solution design, circuit activation, Quality of Service (QoS), commercial leasing, and facilities engineering.
What You Will Do
The Team Lead will apply their knowledge to help the team navigate complex requirements and successfully move service orders from design through implementation. They will assign and balance workloads, review solution designs, resolve challenges, manage escalations, and collaborate directly with government and contractor stakeholders.

Requirements
- Minimum active Secret clearance
- High School diploma or equivalent, and two (2) years or more of military experience in a communications field or an applicable technical discipline
- Demonstrated experience performing network solution design, provisioning, network engineering, or closely related technical work
- Two (2) years previous team lead, shift lead, supervisor, or comparable technical leadership experience
- Experience supporting DISA/DISN provisioning and Solution Design processes, systems, customers, or mission partners
