Role OverviewWe are seeking a Network Security Senior Specialist to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day operational support for Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama, handle incident, request, and change management activities, and maintain documentation and knowledge base updates.
What You Will Do
The role involves providing operational support, handling incidents, and performing configuration changes. The successful candidate will also participate in on-call rotation and support multiple customer environments.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of network/security experience
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama (operations level)
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, NAT, VPN, security policies and logging
- Basic knowledge of authentication (LDAP/AD/SSO), web/proxy concepts (WCCP, PAC)
- Experience with ticketing tools and ITIL processes
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
