Job Description
The Network Student Enrollment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting prospective and current families through the enrollment process at Mastery Schools, driving network enrollment goals through active outreach, lead management, and community relationship-building.

Requirements

  • Facilitate network-level enrollment outreach initiatives
  • Build and maintain partnerships with community centers, pre-K programs, and daycare centers
  • Guide prospective families through the full enrollment process
  • Support active re-enrollment efforts for current Mastery families
  • Manage the lead cultivation process in HubSpot
  • Use phone, text, email, and LiveChat to respond to inquiries from families, students, and community partners
  • Provide accurate application support and maintain up-to-date records across multiple enrollment platforms
  • Represent Mastery Charter Schools as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador
