Network Support Analyst position involves support and installation of devices, resolution of technical issues, and participation in project teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of IT experience, preferably in the banking industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and network technologies
  • Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, firewall, IDS, and security hardware skills a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field preferred
