Role OverviewThe Network Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, security, and continuous improvement of the company's network infrastructure, servers, and enterprise systems across multiple locations. This position requires strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to support a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include network administration, systems administration, enterprise systems support, cybersecurity, infrastructure monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, user and access management, project support, vendor management, documentation, technical support, and on-call support.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in network and systems administration
- Strong experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks
- Experience supporting SAP ERP and Körber WMS in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V preferred
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, endpoint security, and disaster recovery best practices
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
