Job Description
Senior Network Technician responsible for identifying and diagnosing complex network issues, providing guidance and leadership to less experienced staff, and providing quality support to internal and external customers. Must have thorough knowledge of configuration, installing and maintaining/troubleshooting all aspects of the data network, while having the ability to plan for those repairs as well as direct others in all phases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or five (5) years equivalent work experience
  • Five (5) years of experience in troubleshooting multi-campus complex data networks consisting of wired and wireless
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with VLANs, routing and non-vendor specific protocols
  • Thorough knowledge of network monitoring tools
