Job Description
We're seeking a Network & Telecom Engineer to join our growing team at Smile Doctors. The ideal candidate will support the reliability, security, and performance of network and telecommunications services across our clinics and corporate locations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • Three (3) years of experience in a network or telecom administration position supporting multi-site, patient facing, or retail environments required
  • CCNA, Network+, or similar certification preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, Firewalls and VPNs
  • Intermediate knowledge of VoIP and call routing
  • Intermediate knowledge of ISPs and managed service providers
