Role OverviewThe New Business Associate I supports internal agent and client-facing departments by processing applications, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely policy issuance. This role plays a key part in the New Business department, which is responsible for onboarding life and annuity policies and managing new business administrative processes.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include receiving and processing work via phone, email, and electronic methods, indexing and submitting application data into various systems, reviewing applications, making decisions, and taking actions to issue, close, and process funding sources within service standards.
