Role OverviewThe New Business department is responsible for onboarding life and annuity policies and managing administrative processes aligned with established service levels and guidelines. This role supports internal agent and client-facing departments and plays a key role in processing applications, handling inbound inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate policy issuance within established guidelines and service level expectations.
What You Will Do
Receive and process work via telephone, email, and other electronic methods. Index and submit application data into AWD, APNG, NBU, and NBUW systems. Review applications, make decisions, and take appropriate actions to issue, close, and process funding sources within service standards.
