Driven Brands' Automotive Training Institute group is looking for a Driven New Business Development Rep who wants to make a difference. Reporting to the Director of New Business Development, this role is responsible for driving attendance to fill scheduled events with Automotive shop owners.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of automotive experience
  • Strong phone communication skills with a persuasive and engaging style.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, remote communication platforms, and tracking KPIs.
  • Ability to quickly understand and convey value propositions.
