Job Description
The New Business Manager is responsible for supervising a team of Life New Business Representatives, ensuring work is properly allocated and completed accurately and timely. This position will assist with escalations and high value cases, and work with the Director of Operations and Chief Distribution Officer to ensure the Life New Business team is meeting the expectations of our customers.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Contact Management systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong management skills, including ability to coordinate and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbal and in writing
  • Embraces fast pace, demanding work environment
  • Embraces teamwork but also able to work independently
  • Follow and abide by the HIPAA guidelines
