Role OverviewThis role offers hands-on training for new CDL-A drivers who have completed CDL school. You will ride alongside an experienced mentor for 4 to 6 weeks, earning $850 per week, before transitioning to solo driving in the Eastern Regional Fleet with no-touch dry van loads.
What You Will Do
During training, you will ride with a mentor driver. Once solo, you will run pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keep ELD logs accurate, handle pickups and deliveries on schedule, and stay professional with dispatch and customers.

- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
- No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months
- No major preventable accidents in the past 5 years
