Role OverviewThis role offers hands-on training for new CDL-A drivers who have completed CDL school. You will ride alongside an experienced mentor for 4 to 6 weeks, earning $850 per week during training, before moving into solo driver pay. The position involves no-touch dry van loads in the Eastern Regional Fleet, with fuel and tolls covered by the company and 24/7 dispatch support.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities include running pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keeping ELD logs accurate and up to date, handling pickups and deliveries on schedule, and staying professional with dispatch and customers on the road.

- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
- No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months
