Role OverviewThe New Client Setup Specialist is responsible for converting new customers from their previous payroll system to Paycom accurately and timely. This role involves answering incoming calls and/or emails from Sales Representatives and new clients, researching and resolving customer's payroll issues, and establishing effective communication with Paycom personnel and management.
