Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent Real Estate Certificate
• 3-5+ years of experience in real estate development and/or investment
• Passion for real estate development, high-quality design and construction, and placemaking
• Outstanding work ethic and flexibility
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks within a tight time schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and independence in carrying out responsibilities and assignments
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
