Role OverviewThe New Graduate RN - Neurology - MGH role is a 12-month comprehensive program that incorporates a centralized onboarding process, development of specific knowledge related to the patient population of that unit/service line, skill acquisition, preceptor support, and support from the nursing leadership team.
What You Will Do
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols, collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assist in treatments and procedures.

Requirements
