Requirements

  • 2-5 years sales experience
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in new home sales, real estate, outside sales, retail sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing sales environments preferred
  • Active North Carolina and/or South Carolina real estate license preferred or willingness to obtain as required
  • Coachable with a willingness to learn and continuously improve
