Job Description
Chick-fil-A is seeking Field Talent Staff (FTS) to train new Team Members in Front of House, Drive-Thru, Back of House, and/or Prep for a New Restaurant Opening in Butte, Montana. The assignment is open to FTS1 and FTS2 candidates.

Requirements

  • Currently work in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
  • Have worked at the location for at least six months
  • Have the current employer's support
  • Be available to work up to three weeks at a time

Benefits

  • Hourly rate of $20 ($21.50 per hour for assignments in Washington)
  • Daily per diem
  • Paid time and a half for hours worked over 40 in a workweek
