Job Description
The Field Talent Staff (FTS) program is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to train Team Members in new Chick-fil-A Restaurants on Brand and Operational Standards. FTS will develop leadership, training, and operational skills while working with other outstanding leaders from across Chick-fil-A.

Requirements

  • Currently work in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
  • Have worked at that location for at least six months
  • Have current employer's support
  • Be willing to work a maximum of eight Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments each year
  • Be able to stay up to three weeks at each event

Benefits

  • Paid hourly rate of $20 ($21.50 per hour for assignments in Washington state)
  • Daily per diem
  • Paid overtime at a rate of one and one-half times the regular rate
