Job Description
The Group Sales Coordinator will work with group clients to coordinate their visit, complete internal processes, and provide superior customer service. The position requires a minimum of 1 year of hospitality experience and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of hospitality experience
  • Must be a team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with focused attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Previous experience with contact management programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (including Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Responsible for maintaining PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance
