Job Description
WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News in Jackson, Tenn., is looking for an Anchor/Reporter to join the No. 1 AM Team in West Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have a strong on-air presence, ability to carry the show when needed, and work well with co-anchors to build a cohesive team. This is a great opportunity for a fill-in or weekend Anchor to move to a high-profile position or for a Sports Anchor to transition into a News Anchor role.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in broadcast journalism, communications, or related fields
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to carry 40 pounds of gear
