Job Description
WTAP is looking for a News Producer/Anchor to join their news team. The ideal candidate is a strong team leader with a great attitude, high ethical standards, and integrity. They should be a strong writer, well-informed on current events, and able to think critically in a fast-paced newsroom environment.

Requirements

  • Journalism or Mass Communication degree preferred
  • Strong on-camera delivery with the ability to ad-lib
  • Excellent writing, packaging, and live skills
  • Must be able to report in a broad range of styles with good on-air presentation skills
  • Strong social media presence
  • Superior writing and copy editing skills
