Job Description
Performs tasks involved in the upkeep of the buildings which may include but not limited to: grounds, fixtures, equipment, NEXCOM Hospitality Group etc.

Requirements

  • Receives assignments orally or in the form of work orders
  • Responsible for selecting the proper tools, methods and techniques to complete assignment
  • Performs or assists in performing all or a combination of the following minor carpentry tasks, inspections, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
