Job Description
Responsible for supervising and coordinating the operation of food service locations throughout local installations via a mobile food truck, ensuring necessary training of subordinate staff and plans and schedules sequence of operations and establishes required priorities for subordinates.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license or commercial driver's license (CDL)
  • Knowledge and skills to operate a motor vehicle safely
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • 12 months experience in cafeteria or counter-type food service duties
  • Grill work/short order cook or food truck experience preferred
