Role OverviewThe NF Kiosk Operator is responsible for buying non-ferrous metals from the public, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
The NF Kiosk Operator will greet and assist retail customers, accurately identify materials, and enter inventory into the computer system. They will also conduct monthly retail inventory, identify non-conforming materials, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

- Previous experience requiring customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Basic math and computer skills
- Must wear all necessary PPE while working or while in the yard
