Job Description
Confidential Search: NFL Player Agent. Lead recruitment and representation of elite football talent across the United States, with a focus on contract negotiation, endorsement deals, and cross-border advisory.
Requirements
NFLPA Contract Advisor Certification (Required)
3+ years of experience representing NFL or pro football athletes
Demonstrated success in contract negotiation, draft representation, or endorsement deals
Strong NCAA recruiting network and familiarity with combine/draft preparation
Deep understanding of the NFL CBA, cap structures, and incentive mechanisms
Benefits
Commissions: Up to 3% on player contracts (standard NFL agent structure)
Endorsement Deals: 10-20% commission
