Job Description
The NICU Clinical Manager provides day-to-day operational leadership and ensures the highest standards of patient care, staff engagement, and safety within the NICU and related perinatal services. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily NICU operations, building a culture of teamwork, and collaborating with nursing leadership and hospital administration.

Requirements

  • Current California RN license
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3–5 years of NICU and/or Postpartum clinical experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary clinical teams
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a union environment
  • Los Angeles County Fire Card and ARC certification
