Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Completion of a PGY2 residency in Pediatrics
- Current Texas Pharmacy license
- Dedicated NICU clinical pharmacy experience or significant NICU-focused experience
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary pediatric and neonatal care environment
