Role OverviewAngels of Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children. We are a nurse-founded, clinically led organization that has proudly served the medically fragile community since 2000. What You Will Do
Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient condition and complete assessments, educate and support families, and follow individualized plan of care.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Ability to provide care in a home setting
