Role Overview

Night Audit Associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of Hotel services and promotions during the overnight shift. The highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

What You Will Do

Process forms of payment, respond to guest inquiries, check guests in/out, and handle room service orders.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely detailed oriented, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Overnight availability
  • Previous experience in luxury hotel preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate lifting
