Role Overview

The Night Audit Host is responsible for assisting in the overnight front office shift, including cash control, preparing and balancing reports, responding to guest service issues, and the check-in and check-out process. This role has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

What You Will Do

Process forms of payment, respond to guest inquiries, and perform various tasks related to the overnight front office shift.

Requirements

  • Previous night audit experience, preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Previous high-volume customer service experience
  • Previous work-related cash handling experience
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
