Role OverviewJoin Crescent Hotels & Resorts as a Night Audit team member, responsible for managing the Kitchen staff, ensuring quality preparation of menu items, and maintaining approved food costs and labor costs.
What You Will Do
Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data, run audit reports, make corrections, and handle computer problems. Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly, and maintain files.
