Job Description
The Night Auditor provides exceptional overnight guest service and accurately completes the hotel's night audit process. This role requires professionalism, accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to create a welcoming experience for guests at all hours.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or guest service experience preferred
  • Hilton brand experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers, reports, and guest accounts
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight hours
  • Excellent guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills required, including ability to learn hotel systems
  • Ability to handle guest concerns with patience, professionalism, and urgency
