Job Description
Night Auditor responsible for reconciling hotel paperwork, greeting guests, and settling guest accounts under the direction of the Player Services Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations and SSC policies and procedures
  • Deliver positive and professional guest service
  • Register arriving guests and settle account balances of departing guests
  • Investigate and resolve general billing discrepancies
  • Print and process reports
  • Assist in training new employees
  • Run reports and ensure accuracy of room rates, guest accounts, and transactions
  • Correct errors and adjustments
