Job Description
The Night Auditor is responsible for completing nightly audit functions and delivering exceptional guest service at the hotel's front desk.

Requirements

  • Proactive thinking and attention to guest security
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly work environment
  • Counting cash and maintaining the accuracy of the issued cash drawer
  • Greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests
  • Processing guest registrations and preparing express checkout folios
  • Maintaining room status inventory and communicating shift information
  • Maintaining and cleaning the lobby and bathroom
  • Completing all required shift paperwork and night audit reports
