Job Description
High Peaks Resort is seeking a Night Auditor to provide exceptional service to guests and maintain seamless next-day operations. The Night Auditor will be responsible for delivering unparalleled service, preparing daily revenue reports, and handling computer problems throughout the shift.

Requirements

  • Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests
  • Prepare daily Food & Beverage revenue reports
  • Make corrections and adjustments via the PMS and handle all computer problems
  • Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the computer system
  • Efficiently conduct check-ins, check-outs, and answer phone calls
  • Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery
