Job Description
High Peaks Resort is seeking a Night Auditor to provide exceptional service to guests and deliver seamless next-day operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Guest Services Agent and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements

  • Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to guests
  • Prepare daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and PMS reports
  • Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the computer system
  • Conduct check-ins, check-outs, and answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery
