Requirements

  • Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to guests
  • Prepare daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and create and balance PMS reports
  • Make corrections and adjustments via the PMS and handle computer problems
  • Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the computer system to generate daily reports
  • Conduct check-ins, check-outs, and answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
