The Night Float Team Manager is responsible for training and motivating employees to perform at their best while addressing operational challenges in real time. They oversee cleaning teams, conduct inspections, ensure quality standards, provide training, and resolve operational issues.

• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Physically capable of performing cleaning duties if needed, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in environments with cleaning chemicals, moderate noise, and varied site conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Caldwell office.
• A working cellphone for real-time communication.
